This study examines the implementation of safety management in Baroda’s construction sector, focusing on compliance, challenges, and effectiveness. Through site surveys and interviews, key issues such as inadequate training, lack of PPE usage, and weak enforcement of safety policies were identified. The findings highlight the need for stricter regulations, regular safety audits, and better worker training to enhance workplace safety and reduce accidents.
